The challenge was to scrap a favorite book from childhood. For some reason I really liked Morris the Moose Goes to School…LOL =P

Feeling super lazy today since I have some time off this holiday weekend. Have tons of stuff to do but don’t want to do anything…so here I am blogging. I’m excited about joining Mikkel Paige’s Fall CT. Love her designs and scrapbooking goodies. I hope to get some layouts tomorrow. I also need to test drive my new Bamboo Fun Wacom Tablet Pen. The new mouse with it is different too and taking some time to master it.
Work, stress and life are kicking my ass this week! I’ll be back this weekend to blog and share. Hope your week is better then mine! =)
How do people keep a house so clutter free? In this case an apartment? Every weekend I try to weed through piles of crap and declutter but I feel like I’m getting no where! This weekend I tackled my book shelves and came across so many books I haven’t even read. Since I’m trying to read more I have a bunch to get to which is good. I finish my first book in ages the other day and it felt to good to have it read within a week. I was reading The Wonder Spot which was good more or less but didn’t really end. I hate things that don’t end with a more wrapped up ending but such is life I guess.
Got the new bookcases up this weekend and put some stuff in them as well as reorganized some knick knacks. This is a work in progress as you can see all the stuff still on the floor but the work nook is looking good. Hopefully it will create some creative vibes soon and I can get back into things.
Anyways, we watch Office Space tonight and that movie is BRILLIANT and so on point with everything! That’s all I’m going to say about that =P
Heading to bed for an early day and I’m sure to have a case of “The Mondays”…have a good one!
Finished up Jury Duty today and I’m good for 6 years. Waiting around all day at the courthouse and was never called which was good. Back to work tomorrow I go..which I can’t say I’m looking forward to. Where exactly did the summer go?
Layout of Jackson from a few weeks ago when we visited last. This layout was quick and simple which is my new style. Well at least what I’m trying to do.
Got some new book shelves this week and John’s so graciously putting them together for me. I hope to fill them up soon and organize some of my mess. =)
Yesterday was the 6th anniversary that John and I met. I wanted to post yesterday but the day got away from me with doing things. Thought it would be fun to calculate what 6 years is. LOL!

Had Jury Duty today which wasn’t that bad since we sat around all day, which was nice in a way. I got to read a book which I haven’t done in awhile. I’m trying to get back into reading since I used to read some many books. I have to go back tomorrow so hopefully I will just enjoy the day again waiting. We’ll see…=)

I’m going through my “Work in Progress” folder and came across at least 50 layouts I started but never finished. I’m a perfectionist and will noodle sometimes so long over the exact placement and elements to use that I never finish. So I decided to go in there tonight and just finalize and save with minor tweaks.
And since I did some of these SO LONG ago I’m not sure of the credits so I didn’t do them. Sorry =)
