Weekend was good. Saw some friends and family…busy busy. Had a nice day yesterday with John’s family and got to enjoy some time with my mother in law on her birthday. Hanging out with the the kids yesterday cracks me up too. They are so cute and the things that come out of their mouth are priceless. Here’s some of my conversation with Jackson yesterday:
Aunt Tara: Hey Jackson you know what?
Jackson: What?
Aunt Tara: You’re very cute.
Jackson: Yeah I know that Aunt Tara! =)

It’s been awhile since I have given a real personal blog entry…so today is the day! Weekend was good but busy as usual. Went to my friends’ twins birthday party yesterday which was fun but lots of kids! Made me tired just trying to keep up! But watching the little kiddies is so fun. Love them all! I even got to spend some time with my two little cousins, Alex & Kayla as well. So it was a good time.

This week is going to be a crazy one. I have my friend, Rebecca’s wedding this weekend and I have tons to do for the big day! Still need to get my dress which I’m not all that thrilled about wearing. Blah! Anything other then pants and a tshirt and I’m so uncomfortable these days. Oh well…it’s one day!
Besides all the wedding stuff going on I have my department outing this week too. We are going sailing and I’m afraid I’m going to get burnt and/or fall overboard. Yikes!!! Nervous about it…esh!
Anyways, that’s that…more design stuff coming next week. I’m excited about the new stuff and the new kit I put together, Road Trippin’. Stay tuned next week for more info on that!

How cute are these kids?!! I spent the day on Saturday visiting with my friend Kelly and her twin girls, Brianna and Corinne. We had a great time and took so many photos! They all came out great and I have a ton of new ones to scrap with. Stay tune for layouts to come this week with these cutie pies!
On the way out to visit them I stopped by the bookstore and came upon this new book, Adverbs. I’m not too sure what it’s about but I thought the cover was really cool and graphic. I liked the illustrations and colors. I thought for a second to buy it but I have a hard enough time reading magazines these days! Although I finally did catch up on all my magazines this weekend. Some of them were from March! I subscribe to so many, too many if you ask my husband but I like them. Anyways I need to be better about reading them and would love to make some time someday to read books again! Ahhh, someday! =P
This is going to be an exciting week for me…going to the Mets game on Tuesday and then Saturday is a non stop National Scrapbook Day with tons of events online. I’m excited..lol..I’m silly I know!
