This March 15-April 15 is Wedding Month at Pink Ink. I’ve added some new stuff to the store…better late then never. LOL! A few wedding thank you cards (Mr & Mrs font color is editable), an aged scalloped circle frame (with drop shadow), wedding words brush (w/ .PNG file) and a 10 x 10 album back paper pack (12 papers in this).
Thanks for the comments the other day. The two of you will get my You Shamrock Kit for FREE! Emails were already sent. Hope everyone’s St. Patrick’s Day was fun & green. He he he!
Until next time…toodles,
Tara
I’ve been in such an awesome design groove since hitting 30! LOL! I have lots of new products in my store as well as Pink Ink Studios. Check them out and today is Tempting $2 Tuesday! You never know what will be on sale for only $2!
Hope you all had a great weekend - mine was a 3 day one. I’m behind on the word of the day. I’ll try to get back on that on Tuesday.
Toodles,

Today’s word is green and I’m talking the color green. I don’t think I need to really go into my love of green since anyone who reads this, knows ANYTHING about me or sees most of what I design can tell.
But I will share a past green layout of mine and I have a funny story with you from yesterday about green. I was in a meeting about “going green” and how we can creatively promote that in a campaign and/or any ideas. One of the girls turned to me and said, “Green is totally your thing, come up with ideas!” I thought it was funny cause I am the resident green girl but not necessarily an environmental expert who knows ways to promote being green. It made me laugh though.

Also yesterday at work Erik Estrada (from Chips) and Mark Consuelos (Kelly Ripa’s husband) were in the office doing some PR for our new movie, Husband For Hire on Oxygen this weekend. I heard they were coming the other day and I thought it would be funny to find some super cheesy photo of Erik Estrada from Chips and have him sign it. Well I found the best thing on Ebay…a Ponch Action Figure! If it was so damn expensive and would have gotten it in time I would have gotten it. I decided the next best thing was to print it and have him sign that. I thought this was a good idea in my head but wasn’t so sure I was going to do it. Anyways, my peeps from work convinced me to do it and thought it was funny.
Well Erik was actually VERY nice and signed it and laughed. He asked where I got it from and I think I made him smile. LOL! Classic..this action figure cracks me up!!!
Have a fabulous weekend and I’ll try to work on the next round of words soon.

P.S. Free Valentine’s Day Card Template over at Pink Ink Studios from me..today only!
Purchase my 5 x 7 Valentine Card Bundle and get my 4 x 6 Bundle for free at Pink Ink this week! Can’t get an easier and better then that!

Birthday shoutout to my CT member Jaime….Happy Birthday!!
Still trying to get over this cold and cough. It just won’t go away. And this weather is weird and not helping. It was 20 degrees last week and now it’s 65 degrees. What the hell is going on with our planet? Yikes.
Before I forget check out all these nifty card templates I put together for Pink Ink. I love how they came out and I’ll be putting them up in my store soon. Thanks to all the peeps in the photos too =)

After having a crappy day on Friday I came home to this wonderful early birthday surprise! I had been eying this Bisley 5 metal drawer unit for awhile now and not to mention it’s in my shade of lime green. This color is only available now for the holidays and it’s not even on the Container Store’s web site. Anyways, John secretly ordered it after I was talking about it weeks ago and had it shipped to the Container Store. He even lugged the huge thing home. He did real good with this gift and it totally made my crappy day much better! Go Johnny!

Speaking of John, I have to say that I’m quite proud of him and his computer skills. Last week he fixed some major technical issues we were having at Pink Ink Studios with the shopping cart and saved the day. He really impressed me and I know Holly over there was very grateful to him. So if anyone needs any shopping cart or store help just let me know and I’ll refer you his way. Speaking of that I need to get designing on his business cards.I hope everyone is staying warm and enjoying the holiday season! I’m almost done with my gifts…just need to create some more things. Always waiting till the last minute! LOL! After the holidays I’ll share some of my creations =)

I’m happy to announce some new Holiday Cards are in the store at Pink Ink Studios from me. Better late then never! There is even a Holiday Birth Announcement in there. More of those to come as well!
Thanks to the family and kids for use of their photos! =)

Where did today go to? It has escaped me somehow but I’m sure being in tons of meetings today made it fly by faster.
Anyways, I wanted to share some exciting news with you…I’m selling some designs at Pink Ink Studios! I debuted today some Save the Date and Thank You cards for their Wedding Week, so check them out here. I was also featured on the Pink Ink Blog today as well…pretty cool.
These card templates are for photographers to use for wedding portraits, so it’s a nice change to work on something different besides scrapping products. I did use some of my papers and elements from my new, I Do To You Wedding Kit. I hope to be making more card templates soon as well as for upcoming holidays and promotions…so stay tuned.
MDM’s final Grab Bag Weekend is this weekend…you know what that means? More goodies for only $2!! How can you beat that, seriously?
Finally, my dad had surgery today on his hand/arm. So I know he reads this blog to check up on me, so I hope you have a speedy recovery Dad. Love ya! =)

In honor of Wedding Week going on over at Pink Ink Studios I put together a wedding kit that you can find at My Digital Muse.
