All orders, including freebies, are available for immediate download after payment. You should be automatically re-directed back to my site to download your order. You can also log into the site by clicking on the My Account button at the top of the site and download your designs directly from that page. If you're still having problems, feel free to contact us.
All online payments and credit card orders are handled directly through PayPal. You do not need to be a PayPal member to pay via credit card using the PayPal website. Simply follow the instructions on the payment page and PayPal will walk you through the transaction.
